Summary
This study aimed to see if a new drug, ION-682884, could slow or stop heart damage in people with TTR amyloidosis, a condition where abnormal protein builds up in the heart. Only patients who had already completed a 24-month study of a similar drug (inotersen) were eligible. The study was withdrawn before any participants enrolled, so no results are available.
