Summary
This study enrolls 600 adults with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer (MSI-H) who are starting immunotherapy as their first treatment. Researchers want to understand why about 20-30% of patients do not respond to the drug pembrolizumab. By identifying these resistance factors, doctors hope to better match patients to the most effective therapies.
