New hope for hard-to-treat colon cancer: targeted drug duo shows promise

Summary
This study tests two drug combinations for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. In one group, patients who haven't had treatment before will get the drugs IBI351 and cetuximab plus chemotherapy. In another group, patients whose cancer got worse after first treatment will get just IBI351 and cetuximab. The goal is to see if these treatments shrink tumors and are safe. About 50 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part.
