First seen Mar 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug called gecacitinib, combined with standard therapy, can prevent acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) in people with myelofibrosis who receive a stem cell transplant. About 40 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the drug reduces severe immune reactions after transplant, while also improving blood cell recovery.
