New fertility drug trial targets women over 35

Summary
This study looks at how safe and effective a fertility drug called corifollitropin alfa is for women aged 36 to 40 who are doing IVF. About 200 women will take the drug and be watched for side effects and pregnancy rates over one year. The goal is to see if this treatment helps older women have a better chance of getting pregnant.
