Promising drug cocktail targets tough blood cancers in kids

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (calaspargase pegol-mknl, decitabine, and venetoclax) can help control relapsed or treatment-resistant T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LLy) in patients aged 1 month to 21 years. The goal is to manage the disease and monitor side effects. About 22 participants will be enrolled at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
