Summary

This study tested a new PET imaging agent called [18F]FAPI-74 in 109 people with gastrointestinal cancers, including liver, bile duct, stomach, pancreas, and colorectal cancers. The goal was to see if the scan could accurately find cancer cells by targeting a protein called FAP. Results from the scan were compared with tissue samples to measure how well it works.
