Summary

This study tested a new imaging agent called [18F]FAPI-74 in 109 people with gastrointestinal cancers, including liver, bile duct, stomach, pancreas, and colorectal cancers. The goal was to see if this PET scan could better detect cancer cells compared to standard methods. Researchers compared the scan results with tissue samples to measure accuracy. The study is complete and may lead to improved cancer diagnosis.
