Summary

This study tests whether a structured program of nutrition advice, physical exercise, brain games, social activities, and health monitoring can improve brain health in adults aged 60 and older who are at risk for memory problems. About 80 participants will either follow the full program with guidance or do a self-guided version. Researchers will measure changes in lifestyle habits and thinking skills over 6 months.
