Summary
This study tests a program called Hastiin Bidziil (Strong Man) to help Native American men reduce their use of drugs or alcohol. About 160 men aged 18 and older who live near Fort Defiance or Chinle, Arizona, and have at least moderate substance use risk will take part. The program uses cultural strengths to support men in cutting back on substance use over six months.
