Virtual reality and brain zaps help stroke survivors regain arm control

Summary
This study tests a new way to help people who have had a stroke move their arm better. It uses a virtual reality system that reads muscle signals and helps guide the arm, combined with gentle brain stimulation to boost learning. The goal is to improve arm function and daily life skills. About 45 adults with mild to moderate arm weakness after a first stroke will take part.
