Summary
This study aimed to find the best timing between two types of non-invasive brain stimulation to help improve arm and hand movement after a stroke. Researchers tested different time intervals between the stimulation techniques, combined with standard robot-assisted arm training, in 62 people who had a stroke at least six months prior. They measured changes in arm function and used brain wave recordings to understand how the treatment might help the brain rewire itself.
