Summary
This study tests whether a nurse-led health education program for first-time stroke patients and their family caregivers can lower the chance of having another stroke. The program focuses on teaching about risk factors and healthy lifestyle changes. Researchers will compare stroke recurrence rates between 432 patients who receive the education and those who do not.
