New stroke rehab targets hidden muscle coordination problems

Summary
This study looks at how muscles work together after a stroke and whether a special exercise program guided by muscle signals can improve arm movement. Researchers will test 74 people, including stroke survivors and healthy adults, to see if retraining muscle coordination reduces impairment. The goal is to find better ways to help people recover arm function after a stroke.
