First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a drug called human urinary kallidinogenase to the standard clot-busting medicine reteplase helps people recover better after an acute ischemic stroke. About 220 adults who can be treated within 4.5 hours of stroke onset will be enrolled. The main goal is to see if more patients achieve a good functional outcome (no or minimal disability) at 90 days.
