Summary

This study tests whether infusing a cold magnesium sulfate solution directly into the brain artery after clot removal can improve recovery in people with severe stroke. About 42 adults aged 18-80 with a large vessel blockage in the front part of the brain will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the cooling treatment is safe and helps more patients regain independence within 90 days.
