Summary
This study aims to find the safest and most effective dose of a clot-dissolving drug called urokinase for people having a stroke. Researchers will test different amounts in a small group of patients to determine the maximum safe dose and create a dosing guide based on patient weight. The goal is to standardize treatment to improve recovery and reduce bleeding risks.
