First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looked at whether more intensive arm training helps stroke survivors improve arm movement. Twenty people who had a stroke were split into two groups: one did 3 hours of training per week for 4 weeks, the other did 10 hours per week. Both groups used a robotic arm device and practiced specific tasks. The goal was to see if the extra training led to better arm function.
