New therapy tries to Re-Train the brain after stroke

Summary
This study is testing a modified form of therapy for people who have recently had a stroke and have weakness in one arm. For seven days, participants will wear a restraint on their unaffected 'good' arm while doing specific exercises with their weaker arm. The goal is to see if this intensive approach helps improve the use and function of the arm affected by the stroke.
