New stroke rehab: restrain good arm to train weak one

Summary

This study is testing a special physical therapy for people who have had a recent stroke and have a weak arm. For 7 days, participants wear a restraint on their stronger arm while doing specific exercises with their weaker arm. The goal is to see if this approach helps improve the use and function of the arm affected by the stroke.
