Summary
This study looked at whether wearing stroboscopic glasses (glasses that flash on and off) during volleyball practice could improve thinking skills in teenage male players. 34 players aged 13-18 took part. Researchers measured visual-spatial perception, attention, and other cognitive functions before and after training. The goal was to see if this type of training could help athletes think faster and more clearly on the court.
