Summary

This study looked at whether wearing stroboscopic glasses (glasses that flicker on and off) during volleyball practice could improve thinking skills in teenage male players. 34 athletes aged 13-18 took part. The goal was to see if this training helps with things like attention and visual-spatial awareness, which could make training programs better.
