Summary
This study looked at whether a 6-week home stretching program, including a short period of casting, can improve muscle length, flexibility, and strength in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Thirty children aged 4 to 11 with mild to moderate mobility challenges took part. The goal was to see if these simple exercises could ease muscle tightness and improve daily movement.
