New stretching combo tested for back pain relief
NCT ID NCT06888895
Summary
This study aims to find out if combining two types of hamstring stretches works better than just one type for improving flexibility in people with chronic low back pain. Researchers will compare a passive-active stretching method against passive stretching alone in 90 participants. The goal is to help develop better rehabilitation exercises that provide immediate relief and improved movement.
