Summary
This study looked at how different warm-up routines affect young athletes' performance. 48 teen football players did either static stretching, dynamic stretching, or balance exercises. Researchers measured changes in muscle strength, balance, and explosive power right after each routine. The goal was to see which method helps most in the short term.
