Summary

This study at the University of Helsinki tests whether a program called Groups 4 Health (G4H) can improve well-being and reduce loneliness in students. Researchers will also look at how stress hormones, genes, and other body measures might affect the program's success. About 148 students will take part, filling out surveys and providing biological samples before, during, and after the program.
