Student loneliness study probes body and mind links

Summary
This study tests whether a program called Groups 4 Health (G4H) can improve well-being and reduce loneliness in university students. Researchers will also measure stress hormones, heart activity, and genes to understand how the program works. About 148 students and group leaders will take part, filling out surveys and providing biological samples before, during, and after the program.
