First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality nature scenes and special sound patterns (binaural beats) can reduce stress in healthy adults. About 52 participants will attend a single 30-minute session, with some using VR or listening to sounds, while others serve as a control group. Researchers will measure heart rate and stress levels before, during, and after the session to see if these relaxation tools work.
