Summary
This study tests whether a special patch that uses gentle vibrations can help reduce stress and anxiety. About 150 adults who feel stressed or anxious will either get the active patch or a fake patch (sham) for two weeks. Researchers will measure changes in stress levels and quality of life using surveys.
