Summary
This study tested whether a short meditation program could help reduce stress for hospital staff working in cancer care. Twenty employees participated in a 3-week program that taught meditation and stress management techniques. Researchers measured whether the program was practical to run and whether it improved participants' stress levels and quality of life.
