NCT ID NCT06903104
Summary
This study tested whether a short meditation and therapy program is practical and helpful for reducing stress among hospital staff who work with cancer patients. Researchers measured stress levels, quality of life, and participant satisfaction before and after the program to see if it was feasible and beneficial.
