Stress-Busting classes could make college life better

Summary
This study looks at whether a structured stress management program can help university students feel less stressed and more satisfied with their lives. About 60 students will be randomly placed in either a training group or a control group. The program involves sessions to improve coping skills, and results are measured through questionnaires. No drugs or medical procedures are involved.
