Summary
This study looked at the best ways to help university students keep using stress management techniques over time. 331 students were split into groups that received either workshop booster sessions, online community drop-ins, digital reminders, or no extra support. The goal was to see which approach helped students maintain healthy coping habits and improve their well-being in the long run.
