Summary

This pilot study tests whether an internet-based stress management program called Stress Free Now can lower stress and increase pregnancy rates in women aged 18-34 who have been trying to conceive for 6-12 months. Forty women will be randomly assigned to the program or a waitlist and followed for three months. The main goal is to see if stress levels drop, with pregnancy as a secondary outcome.
