Summary
This study looks at how everyday stress impacts blood sugar levels in people with type 1 diabetes. About 125 adults will use a smartphone app to rate their stress four times a day, while a continuous glucose monitor tracks their blood sugar. The goal is to understand the link between stress and glucose, which could help improve diabetes management.
