Summary
This study looks at how daily stress impacts blood sugar levels in people with type 1 diabetes. Researchers will ask 125 adults to rate their stress four times a day using a smartphone app, while a continuous glucose monitor tracks their blood sugar. The goal is to understand the link between stress and glucose, which could help improve diabetes management.
