Stress ball soothes pain during diabetic wound care, study finds

Summary
This study tests if using a stress ball during wound cleaning (debridement) can lower pain and anxiety in people with diabetic foot ulcers. About 84 adults will either squeeze a stress ball or receive standard care. Researchers will measure pain, distress, heart rate, and blood pressure before, during, and after the procedure.
