First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looked at whether using a stress ball during a routine fetal health check (non-stress test) can lower anxiety and improve comfort for pregnant women. 70 women between 18-35 years old with a single, low-risk pregnancy participated. The results help understand simple ways to make prenatal testing less stressful.
