NCT ID NCT07302425
Summary
This study is testing if a high-intensity strength training program is easier to tolerate and more effective than traditional endurance training for people recovering from a COPD flare-up. It will involve 64 participants who were recently hospitalized for COPD. The main goal is to see which type of exercise better reduces breathlessness during daily activities and improves leg strength and walking ability.
