Summary

This study looked at whether 16 weeks of strength training can reduce late side effects in teens aged 10-19 who finished treatment for leukemia or lymphoma. 46 participants were randomly assigned to either strength training with weights or circuit training with bodyweight exercises. The goal was to see if these exercises improve muscle strength, quality of life, and overall health.
