Summary
This study looked at whether adding strength training to the Otago Exercise Program helps older adults improve their balance and feel more confident about avoiding falls. 28 adults aged 60 and older took part in an 8-week program. The goal is to find simple, effective ways to reduce fall risk and help seniors stay independent.
