Healing heels: study tests best exercise intensity for ruptured achilles

Summary
This study looks at whether low or moderate intensity strength training can improve ankle function, muscle strength, and tendon health in men who had an Achilles tendon rupture 1 to 5 years ago. Participants will do leg exercises twice a week for 12 weeks. The goal is to find the best exercise dose to help recovery.
