Eating on a schedule may cut heart risks for childhood cancer survivors

NCT ID NCT07009288

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests if time-restricted eating (eating only during certain hours) plus coaching calls can help adult survivors of childhood cancer lose weight and lower their risk for heart disease and diabetes. About 300 survivors will either get coaching and a meal schedule or just standard advice. The goal is to see which approach works better for weight loss and improving blood sugar levels.
