Summary

This study tested whether eating strawberry powder daily could improve heart and metabolic health in overweight or obese adults with borderline high cholesterol. Forty-eight participants tried three different daily amounts of strawberry powder for four weeks each, with breaks in between. Researchers measured changes in cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, and artery health to see if strawberries provided benefits.
