New stitch device takes on amplatzer in battle to prevent second strokes

Summary
This study tests a new device called NobleStitch EL against an already approved device (Amplatzer) for closing a small hole in the heart called a PFO. The goal is to see which one works better at preventing another stroke in people aged 18-60 who have already had a stroke from an unknown cause. Participants will be followed for up to 5 years to check for stroke recurrence and side effects.
