First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug (IMSA101) that wakes up the immune system, combined with precise radiation and an immunotherapy drug (nivolumab), for people with metastatic kidney cancer that has started to grow in a few spots. The goal is to see if this combination can delay the cancer from getting worse. About 15 adults with clear cell kidney cancer that has progressed in 5 or fewer spots will take part.
