This study tested a new immunotherapy called STIMVAX in 29 adults with metastatic colorectal cancer that had not responded to two prior treatments. The therapy uses immune cells from healthy donors to help the body fight cancer. Researchers measured how long patients lived and checked for side effects to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
