Summary
This study tested whether giving an anti-inflammatory steroid directly into the uterine arteries during a non-surgical fibroid treatment can lessen pain, nausea, vomiting, and fatigue afterward. It involved 42 women with symptomatic fibroids. The goal was to improve recovery and comfort after the procedure.
