NCT ID NCT05345847
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether closely watching and only using steroids when needed is as safe and effective as giving high-dose steroids right away for liver inflammation caused by cancer immunotherapy. About 56 adults with grade 2 or 3 liver inflammation will be randomly assigned to one of two approaches. The goal is to see if the steroid-sparing method can control the inflammation without causing more serious liver problems.
