Summary
This study compares two treatment plans for people who develop diabetes from taking steroid medications. About 100 adults with conditions like asthma or arthritis will receive either a combination of a GLP-1 drug plus long-acting insulin, or standard intensive insulin therapy. The goal is to see which approach better controls blood sugar and improves quality of life.
